Keynote Lecture at European Capital of Culture Chemnitz 2025

I delivered a keynote lecture titled "Teire: Repair and Configuration" at the launch event of the "Chemnitz Garage School," a core program of the European Capital of Culture Chemnitz 2025 in Germany. Addressing the context of industrial heritage and garage culture, I presented a theoretical framework for architectural intervention using the Japanese concept of Teire (repair/maintenance).
